(01:14) How did you get on this little entrepreneurial journey and end up where you are today?
(06:35) Were you set up for fast growth? Did you have systems in place and everything for that growth? Were you prepared for that growth, or was there a lot of scrambling?
(09:16) So you had enough things in place outside of the ad agency to handle that rapid growth type of thing, or do you not think it was that rapid?
(12:57) So when you moved over and started started focusing on helping business owners or e-commerce business owners with their email marketing, email deliverability, did you put the same steps in place? Where you really interviewed your market?
(16:25) So who do you love to work with?
(18:03) So how do you get in front of those people, your ideal clients?
(19:14) What are some big goals that you're looking to achieve in the next year or two?
(21:06) How would that goal change your business?
(23:19) Are there many things that you can implement through automation?
(26:33) So with you putting that membership into place and to be able to offer that for people, what do you feel like is your number one roadblock with getting that up and running and where you want it to be?
(28:07) So what's the best advice that you have ever been given?
(30:18) So on that note, is there any other advice that you'd like to give?
(32:45) Is there anything that we haven't talked about yet that you would like to share with us?
